“Are we there yet?”\u00a0 If you\u2019ve gone on a road trip before, I\u2019m sure you\u2019ve either heard those words before or said them yourself.\u00a0 During long car trips you can get bored, especially if the scenery is pretty bland.\u00a0 But often if we just take the time to look around we can find a lot to enjoy and take in.\u00a0 Well, in our passage for today we are taken into a pretty long road trip, so to speak.\u00a0 Here\u2019s a 38 year journey compacted into some 25 verses.\u00a0 I\u2019m sure Israel probably asked God a number of times, \u201cAre we there yet?\u201d\u00a0 But God had a plan.\u00a0 He had placed them on this journey.\u00a0 He knew where they were going and when they\u2019d get there.<\/p>\n
Today we will reflect on this journey of Israel, and ultimately reflect on how God works in our life, in the journey that he has us on.<\/p>\n
